Production and technology
As one of only a few in the trade, we can offer various methods for moulding of customer-specific rubber workpieces. The production method chosen depends widely on the workpiece and material requirements.
We cooperate with leading Danish and international die makers, focusing on high quality and optimum die design to ensure an effective moulding process and to minimize costs at production of moulded workpieces.
It is often seen that a new workpiece is first made by compression or transfer moulding due to the low tool
costs and later, as the volume grows, by injection moulding.
We use several rubber types, such as:
- NR natural rubber
- SBR styrene butadiene rubber
- CR chloroprene rubber
- EPDM ethylene propylene rubber
- NBR nitrile rubber
- VMQ silicone rubber
- FPM fluorine rubber
- HNBR hydrogenated nitrile rubber
Furthermore, we injection mould workpieces in TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) and TPU (thermoplastic polylyurethane).

We supply customer-designed rubber products for many different purposes within the following industries:
- Microelectronics and medico
- Engines, pumps and valves
- Machines, lifting and transport equipment
- Renewable energy
- Marine and offshore
- Power plants and HVAC
